A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
I recently graduated as a Karen Pryor Certified Trainer and as a Certified Professional Dog Trainer by the Certified Council of Professional Dog Trainers.
I was born in Buenos Aires, and have long had a passion for helping both animals and people. While working with service dogs, I developed an interest in occupational therapy and earned my degree in the field. Then I ventured to the world’s top service canine institute, the Assistance Dogs of Hawaii, where I honed my training skills and worked my way up to Program Manager.
In 2018 Shine On! Kids Japan—an NPO supporting hospitalized children with serious illnesses—approached me to launch its first-ever Japan-based facility dog training program. I successfully completed the mission in July 2021 with two-star dogs, Ty and Masa, embarking on invaluable careers in children’s hospitals. During my last months in Japan, I started my own business with the goal of providing support to English-speaking dog owners.
Currently, I work part-time as an Occupational Therapist. On my non. working days I am studying for my Doctorate and training family doggies.
